Do I Have to Take A Credit Counseling Course Before Filing Bankruptcy?

One of the “innovations” of the 2005 BAPCPA “bankruptcy reform” that Congress enacted was a requirement to take not one but two “credit counseling” courses along with the filing of a bankruptcy petition.
